May 15, 2007 · Well you can sort of In the calm before the Storm mission get a pcj to follow the helicopter and once he gets to china town you can skip the yellow marker and you can use the helicopter but you can't fly out of china town
Jul 13, 2006 · You have to follow the helicopter, but at this stage it is not necessary and you can overtake it and reach the construction site at Hepburn Heights.
